Yay, YAY, and Yeaaaaa. WE need more Black Male educators in the U.S. Children emulate what they see visually..and IF they don’t see any?! Hmmmmm. My eldest is soon , May, to have his PHD in Higher Education and could very well one day be a Dean also..I love the possibility! Progression indeed…

Thank you, Bernasvibe, as always for your positive comments and feedback! Can’t wait to one day posting a story about your son’s accomplishments!!!

And that day will come for sure..He’s already accomplished so much ; but he’s very humble about it. He’s at a TOP U.S. University on a FULL fellowship; which inofitself is a major feat. Major..the number of Blacks , let alone Black males, at the University(or in its history..) is limited. He won’t ever toot! his own horn; but his Momma sure will Lol, lol! Oh, did I tell you about the outreach he’s done to others of color & so called under-privileged? I could go on & on..

Congratulations on your son’s accomplishments thus far (full fellowship – woo hoo!). We look forward to hearing more great things about him in the near future (as his momma is sure to keep us posted)! 😉

Bank on it..When his time permits I’m going to ask him to pen his full resume of accomplishments & his goals..He’s presently being woo’ed from coasttocoast for his post-doctorate position so he’s busier than busy..But trust & believe soon as he writes it(and I get his permission) I’ll post it. He is one for all of “us” to watch for sure..I think he’ll make many progressive positive changes
